Where do I begin?
The first step can be daunting. Similar to a painter looking at a blank canvas or a writer with a blank screen, you may not know where to start. What do I do if there’s a problem?
Once construction starts, your main point of contact will be your project manager. The project manager will be at the job site no less than twice a week to ensure that things are getting done and getting done right. If you run into any questions or problems, your project manager will be with you to handle any hiccups, every step of the way.
How disruptive is this going to be?
You may have a big dinner party planned, rambunctious kids that love to chase the dog, or maybe you just want to still be able to use and enjoy your home during your basement remodel. Nobody likes living in a “project”. That’s why we do everything in our power to make this process as convenient and tidy as possible. Generally, all materials will be stored in a designated area in the basement. Additionally, canvas runners are placed all the way from the entrance to the job site and are removed each day. As applicable, plastic sheets are hung to keep the mess isolated to the project area, and debris from the job site is removed on a regular basis to avoid any accumulation.
When we’re done, your basement will be your new favorite room in the house.
